In this role, you will meet customers directly, explain property opportunities, and help them purchase commercial properties such as plots, land, offices, or godowns. If you enjoy meeting people and working in the field, this role is a great opportunity to build a strong sales career. **Roles & Responsibilities** - Visit customers based on company-provided leads. - Travel to customer locations and explain property features and benefits. - **Build trust and maintain good relationships with customers.** - **Convince customers and close property sales (commercial spaces, plots, land, godowns)**. - Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain proper follow-ups. Salary & Benefits - **CTC: 25,000 per month (for freshers)** - **In-hand Salary: 21,200 per month (after PF & ESI deductions)** - **Monthly Incentives: 25,000 30,000 (based on performance)** - **Petrol Allowance provided for field travel.** Requirements - Age: 18 to 32 years - **Must have a bike and valid driving license** - **Fluent in English + Regional language** - **Willing to travel 15 to 20 km daily for customer meetings** - Good communication and convincing skills Start your career in field sales with high earning potential and fast growth opportunities.
