The company provides services related to property rental, sale, home services, Packers & Movers, and legal/property assistance. **Roles & Responsibilities** - Work as a **Field Relationship Manager (FRM)** and handle daily field activities. - Travel to customer location based on business requirements. - Visit and interact with customers, property owners, and prospects. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties or NoBroker services. - Visit properties, explain property/service details and support sales closure. - List and update properties on the NoBroker website/app. - Generate leads, follow up with customers and convert leads into sales.. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and property owners. **Requirements** - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable with daily field travel. - **Real estate experience preferred** for relevant positions. - Candidates with other relevant **field sales/field work experience** can apply for suitable positions. - Bike and valid driving license mandatory. - Hindi/local language knowledge based on the respective location.
