**Job Title: Field Relationship Manager (FRM)** **Job Summary:** We are looking for energetic and customer-focused candidates to join our team as Field Relationship Managers (FRM). The role involves meeting customers on field, assisting them with property-related services, explaining service offerings, collecting required documents when needed, and ensuring a smooth customer experienc**e.** **Key Responsibilities:** - Meet customers based on company-provided leads. - Explain property, plot, rental, Packers & Movers, or other NoBroker services. - Assist customers throughout the sales or service process. - Collect and submit documents when required. - Maintain regular follow-ups and help in deal closure. - Update customer interactions and activities in the company system/app. **Eligibility:** - Minimum 12th Pass. - Freshers and experienced candidates can apply (field sales experience preferred). - Good communication and customer handling skills. - Must own a bike and have a valid driving license. **Salary & Benefits:** - **Salary: 21,000 32,000 per month (depending on role and experience).** - **Attractive performance-based incentives.** - **Petrol allowance as per company policy.** - **Career growth opportunities.**
