The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding field and warehouse staff to support Blinkit’s local operations. Daily tasks include visiting hiring locations, coordinating with local partners and internal teams, conducting interviews, and verifying candidate documentation. The role involves organizing and facilitating training sessions for new hires, addressing recruitment-related issues, and ensuring staffing levels meet operational requirements. The Field Recruiter will also track recruitment metrics, provide regular reports, and collaborate with managers to improve hiring processes and candidate experience. **Qualifications** - Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess hiring needs, evaluate recruitment data, and optimize sourcing strategies. - Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with candidates, internal stakeholders, and external partners clearly and professionally. - Candidates should possess Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address recruitment challenges, resolve onboarding issues, and manage field escalations. - Candidates should possess a Customer Service mindset to ensure a positive experience for candidates and support seamless operations for internal teams. - Candidates should possess Training skills to conduct orientation sessions, explain processes, and help new hires integrate into the workplace. - Relevant experience in field recruitment, operations, or HR in retail, logistics, or e-commerce environments is beneficial. - Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, travel locally as required, and manage multiple hiring drives simultaneously. - Proficiency in basic computer applications, familiarity with recruitment tools, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
