**Job Summary:** We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused **Field Sales Executive** to join our Packers & Movers business. The candidate will be responsible for meeting customers, explaining Packers & Movers services, converting leads into customers, managing assigned service partners, and onboarding new partners in the city. Key Responsibilities - Company will provide **customer leads**; candidate will visit and meet customers as required. - Understand customer requirements and explain suitable **Packers & Movers services and subscription plans**. - Convert leads and convince customers to purchase the required services. - Conduct **physical inspection at the customer's residence** whenever required. - Handle and manage assigned **service partners** and ensure smooth service delivery. - Manage complete accounts of assigned service partners, including: - Partner coordination and relationship management - Issue resolution - Payment-related issue handling - Reviews and feedback - Service quality control - Identify, approach, and onboard **new service partners within the city**. - Follow company protocols for partner onboarding and documentation. - Train newly onboarded partners on company processes, service standards, and protocols. - Maintain strong relationships with both customers and service partners. - Achieve assigned sales and business targets. Eligibility / Requirements - Minimum **3 months of field sales experience** preferred. - **Freshers can also apply** if they are comfortable with field sales and customer interaction. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. Salary & Benefits **Take-home Salary:** 21,000 26,200 per month **CTC:** Up to 30,000 per month *Salary will depend on relevant experience and previous take-home salary.* **Additional Benefits:** - Performance-based incentives - Petrol allowance - Company-generated leads
