Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Form and manage borrower groups (centres). - Verify customers before approving loans. - Disburse loans and collect weekly/monthly repayments. - Build good relationships with customers. - Monitor loan recovery and reduce overdue payments. - Maintain loan records and prepare reports. - Achieve loan disbursement and collection targets. - Ensure company policies and procedures are followed. **Preferred candidate profile** - Graduate in any discipline. - Good communication skills. - Willingness to travel for field visits. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Office).
