**Job Description** **Position:** Senior Finance Executive Accounts Receivable (COD Payouts) **Department:** Finance & Accounts **Experience:** 2–6 Years **Location:** Gurugram **Role Overview** We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional for managing Accounts Receivable operations related to COD (Cash on Delivery) payouts in the courier aggregation industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling bulk COD settlements, customer reconciliations, banking transactions, and invoice accounting while ensuring accuracy and timely closures. **Key Responsibilities (KRAs)** - Managing bulk COD payouts and settlements for courier and logistics partners. - Performing customer reconciliations and resolving outstanding discrepancies. - Accounting and tracking of bank receipts, collections, and settlement entries. - 26 AS reconciliation - Processing and booking customer/vendor invoices in Oracle Fusion. - Monitoring daily AR operations and ensuring timely closure of pending items. - Coordinating with internal business, operations, and customer support teams for reconciliation and payout issues. - Preparing MIS reports related to receivables, COD settlements, aging, and collections. - Ensuring compliance with internal financial controls and audit requirements. - Handling high-volume transactional data with accuracy and efficiency. **Required Skills** - Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable and reconciliation processes. - Experience in COD payout handling within courier aggregation, logistics, fintech, or e-commerce industry preferred. - Good working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reconciliation handling, etc.). - Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, Oracle Fusion, or similar platforms. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to manage large transaction volumes and strict timelines. - Good communication and stakeholder management skills. **Qualification** - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred). - CA Inter / MBA Finance would be an added advantage. - Preferred Experience - Prior experience in courier aggregation, logistics, shipping, or payment settlement operations. - Exposure to COD reconciliation and payout workflows with courier partners.
