**Experience Required:** 10-14 Years (Post Qualification) **Qualification:** Chartered Accountant (CA) **Job Summary** We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 10-14 years of post-qualification experience to manage end-to-end financial reporting, ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, and drive financial accuracy and transparency. The role will play a critical part in revenue recognition, variance analysis, statutory compliance, and profitability assessment across projects. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage end-to-end financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards. - Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements, including appropriate disclosures. - Support internal and statutory audits; ensure timely closure of audit observations and queries. - Ensure compliance with GST, direct taxes, and other statutory requirements. - Monitor and ensure timely revenue recognition in alignment with defined milestones. - Review monthly revenue variance analysis on a project-wise and customer-wise basis. - Analyse and validate unbilled revenue with adequate supporting documentation. - Prepare project-wise gross margin reports and evaluate financial performance. - Review transfer pricing workings in line with offshore and onsite revenue models. - Prepare and review monthly expense variance analysis on a project-wise basis to assess profitability and cost efficiency. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen financial controls and reporting processes. **Key Skills & Competencies** - Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and compliance. - Expertise in revenue recognition and project accounting. - Hands-on experience in GST, direct tax, and statutory compliance. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage audits and stakeholder interactions effectively. - Proficiency in financial systems and ERP tools. - High attention to detail with strong business acumen. **Preferred Experience** - Experience in handling project-based accounting and revenue models. - Exposure to transfer pricing and multi-location financial operations. - Prior experience in IT/Services industry preferred.
