**Role & responsibilities** - Led end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant month-end, quarter-end, and annual financial close processes. - Conducted comprehensive reviews of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet General Ledger accounts, analyzed key variances, identified financial risks and opportunities, and provided actionable insights to business stakeholders. - Collaborated closely with Business Finance, FP&A, Procurement, Taxation, Site Finance, Projects, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Treasury teams to ensure seamless financial operations and accurate financial reporting. - Managed stakeholder engagement through regular review meetings, financial discussions, and presentations, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance and process efficiency. - Delivered accurate and timely Management Information System (MIS) reports, management reporting packs, KPI dashboards, and leadership presentations to support strategic decision-making. - Supported and drove closure of audit observations while coordinating statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and internal control reviews to ensure compliance and governance requirements were met. - Spearheaded process transformation initiatives focused on automation, standardization, simplification, and digitization, resulting in improved efficiency, control, and scalability across R2R processes. - Demonstrated strong ownership, accountability, and a compliance-focused mindset, consistently delivering operational excellence and aligning financial processes with organizational objectives. **Preferred candidate profile** CA Qualified- 5yrs of work experience.
