Introduction GlobalFoundries is seeking a highly skilled Finance Systems & Analytics Specialist to join our Finance Systems & Transformation team in Bangalore, India. This individual contributor role will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the finance technology ecosystem, analytics platforms, and enterprise reporting capabilities that enable strategic decision-making across the organization. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert for finance systems and analytics, supporting transformation initiatives focused on the integration, optimization, and governance of platforms including Anaplan, Power BI, Enterprise Data Warehouse (CDW), ERP systems, and enterprise reporting tools. This role requires close collaboration with Finance, FP&A, IT, and business stakeholders to drive reporting automation, dashboard modernization, data architecture improvements, and system enhancements. Due to extensive collaboration with U.S.-based teams, the role requires alignment with U.S. Eastern Time Zone working hours. Your Job • Serve as a subject matter expert for Finance reporting, analytics, and planning platforms. • Administer and support Power BI environments, semantic models, datasets, reports, dashboards, and governance processes. • Support integrations and data flows across Anaplan, CDW, ERP systems, and enterprise reporting tools. • Partner with Finance, FP&A, and IT teams to troubleshoot system, reporting, and data quality issues. • Coordinate testing, validation, deployment, and user acceptance activities for finance system upgrades and enhancements. • Support initiatives to modernize and strengthen the FP&A data ecosystem and enterprise reporting capabilities. • Design, maintain, and optimize data models that improve reporting accuracy, scalability, standardization, and efficiency. • Collaborate with system owners and technical teams on data governance, master data management, and reporting standards. • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, executive scorecards, KPI reporting, and self-service analytics solutions. • Support the expansion of R&D Finance dashboards and enterprise reporting automation initiatives. • Gather business requirements, document processes, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. • Contribute to future finance systems implementations, process optimization efforts, and digital transformation programs. • Support multiple concurrent projects while effectively managing stakeholder expectations and delivery timelines. Other Responsibilities • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs. • Support compliance with GlobalFoundries policies, financial controls, data governance standards, and regulatory requirements. • Demonstrate commitment to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and data integrity. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting finance systems, business analytics, FP&A technology platforms, or enterprise reporting environments. • Demonstrated expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX development, report design, dashboard development, workspace administration, and governance. • Experience supporting financial planning and reporting solutions such as Anaplan. • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, enterprise reporting architectures, and finance data flows. • Advanced SQL skills with the ability to analyze and manipulate large datasets. • Experience working with large-scale financial, operational, and analytical reporting environments. • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and business partnering skills. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment with minimal supervision. • Ability and willingness to support stakeholders aligned to U.S. Eastern Time Zone business hours. • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
