The Finance function operates as a global team through the partnership of a series of enterprise-focused and business-embedded groups. - Financial Accounting, preparation of journal vouchers, passing entries - Knowledge of basic accounting, tax, statutory payments. - Proactive to resolve queries and identifying root cause to issues. - System knowledge – ERP navigation. - Preparing Reconciliations such as Bank, ledger accounts, ad hoc if any. - Should be able to support Finance functions. **Key Accountabilities** **Financial Accounting** - Accounting for Journal Entries and bank entries - Ensure appropriate supporting for JV and other entries. - Prepare monthly GL/Bank Reconciliations - Handling Treasury activities, monthly chargebacks - Assist on any ad hoc requests during monthly and annual closures. **Audits** - Data preparation for Internal & Statutory Audits. - Ensuring appropriate documentation is available during audits. - Resolving queries for respective areas **Compliance** - Data preparation for GST, STPI and other statutory areas **Additional Responsibilities** - Identify opportunities for process improvements. - Other Ad hoc Activities which may come up as and when such as tracking contracts, etc. **Minimum Qualifications** Minimum years of related experience required: 2-3 Years Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors **Preferred Qualifications** Preferred Degree Requirements: Inter CA, Masters Preferred Major Area of Study: Finance & Accountancy Preferred years of related experience: 3 years **ELIGIBILITY** Applicants must meet minimum age qualifications in the country in which the job is located.
