**Role & responsibilities:** - Manage endtoend RecordtoReport activities for EPC projects, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close in line with corporate timelines. - Oversee General Ledger accounting, journal entries, provisions, accruals, and reclassifications related to project costs, overheads, and site expenses - Perform and review Balance Sheet reconciliations, aging analysis, and ensure timely clearance of open items - Support project financial closure, WIP review, cost capitalization, and alignment with project accounting guidelines. - Coordinate with Project Finance, FP&A, Site Finance, P2P, and O2C teams for accurate and timely financial inputs - Drive process standardization, control adherence, and continuous improvement initiatives within the R2R function - Guide and review work of junior team members; support knowledge transfer and crosstraining for business continuity - Demonstrate accountability, compliance, and value consciousness in line with EPC project delivery environment. **Preferred candidate profile:** **Experience:** 2-3 years experience in finance domain **Technical Skills:** - Strong understanding of R2R processes, including GL accounting, periodend close, accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and reporting. - Sound knowledge of EPC project accounting (WIP, cost capitalization, site expenses, overheads). - Working knowledge of Ind AS / IFRS, ICFR, and Tata Projects governance standards." **Digital & Analytics Skills Proficient** - High proficiency in advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/INDEXMATCH, SUMIFS). - Handson expertise in SAP FI (GL, AP integration, Asset Accounting). - Power Automate: Automating routine finance processes and workflows. - Power BI: Basic to intermediate dashboarding and financial trend analysis." **Behavioural Attributes:** - Strong organizational and communication skills. - High level of discretion and professionalism. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder coordination. - Financial acumen with strong analytical capability.
