Role: Financial Planning & Analysis Team Member Skill:Financial Planning & Analysis Experience: 4 years to 10 years Job Location: Kolkata Education: Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) Commerce Graduate ,CA /ICWA/ACCA/ MBA (Finance) / CPA / CFA or equivalent qualification Must Have Skills: Budgeting and Forecasting, Variance analysis, Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Forecast, Preparation of the 5 Year Business Plan, Yearly Planning etc, Prepare Shareholder Reporting/ Dashboard/Packs. Preparation of ROIC Analysis, FTE Analysis, Revenue accounting as per AASB. Knowledge of ERP, S4HANA Good-to-Have Skills: Strong financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting skills, Updating SOP Documents MS Office & Excel Skills Excellent Communication Skills Financial Planning & Forecasting Management Reporting & Analysis Business Partnering Financial Controls & Data Integrity Job Responsibilities The FP&A professional will be responsible for supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to enable informed business decision-making. This role partners closely with business and finance stakeholders to deliver insights, drive financial discipline, and support strategic Preparation of the 5 Year Business Plan & Monthly Forecast Preparation of ROIC Analysis,FTE Analysis, Depreciation forecast for the annual Business Plan and integrate insights on movements and variances Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and long-range planning processes Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and scenario analysis Ensure alignment between financial plans and business strategy Revenue accounting as per AASB
