Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting accuracy. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. - Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to align financial strategies with organizational objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Bank Analyzer. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends. - Experience in financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic planning. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Excellent problem-solving skills to address financial and operational challenges. - Strong communication skills to present financial insights clearly and concisely.
