The Finance Agentic Automation team within the Finance Technology, Data & Transformation (FTD&T) group delivers critical initiatives that leverage automation and advanced technologies. We are looking for a Financial Systems Analyst with a Product Owner profile to lead the design and delivery of AI, Agentic, and self-service capabilities across multi-year US Regulatory and Finance automation programs. This is a hands-on product role for someone who blends fin-tech knowledge, product ownership, and a strong system-design instinct owning solutions end to end from process analysis and architecture through deployment and post-production support in a highly regulated environment. The individual will report to Manager - Finance Agentic Automation and be based in Gurugram/Bengaluru India. • Own end-to-end product delivery - vision, roadmap, prioritized backlog, and lifecycle from ideation through post-production support for enterprise-scale AI/Agentic solutions. • Translate business problems into scalable system designs - data models, API/integration patterns, data flows, and non-functional requirements (security, scalability, observability, explainability, auditability). • Partner with engineers and architects to design and integrate AI/ML and GenAI components (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, orchestration) into production business workflows. • Make deliberate design trade-offs across accuracy, latency, cost, and scalability, including model selection, human-in-the-loop review, and deterministic vs. probabilistic decisioning. • Identify and prioritize AI, GenAI, and intelligent automation opportunities, defining evaluation frameworks, KPIs, and responsible-AI guardrails. • Author precise user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional/technical documentation; drive Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) using Jira or Rally. • Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, influencing stakeholders and driving data-driven decision-making to enhance product and business outcomes. • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment, fostering innovation, experimentation, and learning agility. • Strong ability to translate business problems into technical solutions and system designs, including AI/ML and GenAI use cases; solid grasp of system-design fundamentals (data modeling, APIs, integrations). • Hands-on experience in collaborating with engineers, and architects with AI/GenAI tools and frameworks, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings/vector stores, and agent orchestration; understanding of the ML/AI product lifecycle and model integration. • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to articulate complex AI/technical concepts to varied audiences. • Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to drivce alignment and delivery. • Experience in product development and delivery across the full lifecycle in large-scale, complex environments. • Proven expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specs). • Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and delivery tools such as Jira or Rally; familiarity with BPM, data analytics, and open-source AI technologies. Comfort with scripting (e.g., Python) is a plus. • Demonstrated learning agility, curiosity, and adaptability in emerging technologies, particularly in the evolving AI/Gen AI space • Banking/Financial Services domain experience preferred, especially in data-driven or AI-led transformation. • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field (preferred).
