Key Responsibilities Category Strategy & Revenue Ownership Own the Flea Market category P&L across all cities revenue targets, cost structure, and margin improvement. Define the category roadmap: event formats, pricing models, vendor mix, and expansion priorities. Identify and evaluate new city/market opportunities; build business cases for expansion. Develop and track city-wise revenue forecasts, weekly cadences, and performance dashboards. Team Leadership Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Flea Market Managers across cities. Process & Playbook Development Standardize event playbooks — from pre-event planning to day-of execution and post-event reporting — for consistent quality across cities. Establish SOPs for vendor onboarding, society coordination, logistics, and collections. Drive adoption of tools, templates, and systems that improve team efficiency. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing for demand generation, community campaigns, and footfall strategies. Partner with Product to define tech/platform requirements that support the Flea Market category. Coordinate with Finance and Accounts for P&L reporting, collections hygiene, and cost controls. Align with Society Relations / Operations teams for society pipeline and event scheduling.
