**Role & responsibilities** Flexera SME (Software Asset Management) | 4-6 Years | Hyderabad **Job Title:** Flexera SME **Experience:** 4-6 Years **Location:** Hyderabad **Department:** IT Asset Management / Software Asset Management (SAM) Key Skills Required - Flexera One / FlexNet Manager Suite - Software Asset Management (SAM) - IT Asset Management (ITAM) - Software License Compliance & Optimization - Application Recognition Library (ARL) - License Reconciliation - Software Inventory Management - Oracle, Microsoft, IBM License Management - SQL Queries & Reporting - Flexera Integrations - ITIL Processes - ServiceNow Integration (preferred) - Data Analysis and Reporting Roles & Responsibilities - Manage and administer Flexera tools for software asset management. - Perform software license compliance and optimization activities. - Generate and analyze software usage and compliance reports. - Maintain software inventory and entitlement records. - Support audits from software vendors such as Microsoft, Oracle, and IBM. - Integrate Flexera with enterprise tools and data sources. - Work closely with IT, procurement, and compliance teams. - Troubleshoot Flexera-related issues and recommend improvements. Candidate Profile - 4-6 years of experience in Software Asset Management or IT Asset Management. - Hands-on experience with Flexera One or FlexNet Manager. - Strong understanding of software licensing models. - Knowledge of SAM processes, compliance, and audit management. - Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
