**Job Requirements\\***    • Years of experience using Fle.xera SAM SME - Strong experience in **Software Asset Management (SAM)**. - Hands-on expertise in **Flexera tools** (FNMS, FNM SAP & FNM EA). - Deep understanding of **Used-based, Device-based & Concurrent License Management**. - Knowledge of **CMDB, ADDM (BMC Discovery),** **JamF, Citrix (XenApp,** **XenDesktop, Citrix Cloud)**. - Experience with **software usage metering**, license re-harvesting, and optimization. - Understanding of **multi-cloud environments** (Azure, AWS, GCP). - Experience managing and interpreting **software contracts** and compliance frameworks. - Strong understanding of **software lifecycle**, procurement-to-retirement, and risk management. - Hands-on with **SAM tools** like Flexera, ServiceNow SAM, Snow Software, etc. Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills - Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and communicate challenges or issues proactively.> **Key Responsibilities\\*** •Lead **end-to-end Software Asset Management** initiatives across the enterprise. •Administer and optimize **Flexera FNMS, FNM SAP, and FNM EA** for software discovery, tracking, normalization, and reporting. • Manage and optimize **Flexera SAM platforms** for license tracking and compliance. • Handle **software licensing**, audits, renewals, and vendor negotiations. • Support **contract management**, budgeting, forecasting, and spend tracking. • Execute **usage metering** and **license re-harvesting** to reduce waste. • Manage vendor engagement for Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce. • Ensure **software lifecycle compliance** from procurement to retirement. • Maintain accurate data from **CMDB, Discovery,** **JamF, Citrix**, and cloud sources. • Produce reports using **Cognos** and SAM tool dashboards.
