**Job Description: FlutterFlow Developer** **Position Summary** DTDC Express Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated **FlutterFlow Developer** to join its IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust mobile and web applications using FlutterFlow and Flutter. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, designers, and backend developers to deliver scalable, high-quality digital solutions that align with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** Software Development & Implementation - Develop and maintain mobile and web applications using **FlutterFlow** and **Flutter**. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and development plans. - Build responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly UI/UX components. - Create proof of concepts (POCs), prototypes, and production-grade applications. - Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following established development standards. Integration & Performance Optimization - Integrate applications with **REST APIs**, **Firebase**, and third-party services. - Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and defects. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management - Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver business requirements. - Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution design activities. - Provide development effort estimates and project timelines. Quality Assurance - Develop and execute unit tests to ensure software quality and reliability. - Participate in peer code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Maintain proper technical documentation for applications and development processes. **Essential Skills** - Strong experience with **FlutterFlow** and **Flutter** application development. - Proficiency in developing responsive mobile and web applications. - Experience integrating **REST APIs**, **Firebase**, and external services. - Understanding of UI/UX design principles and responsive design techniques. - Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. **Qualifications** - MCA / B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc. (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline). - Strong academic record. **Experience** - Minimum **2+ years of hands-on experience** in FlutterFlow and Flutter development. - Experience in developing and deploying mobile and web applications. - Prior experience in API integration and Firebase services will be preferred. **Preferred Attributes** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. - Commitment to quality and continuous improvement. - Ability to understand business needs and convert them into effective technical solutions.
