**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Design innovative footwear products that meet customer demands and market trends. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new product lines, including concept development, prototyping, and production planning. - Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity. - Develop technical specifications for manufacturing processes, ensuring quality control standards are met. **Job Requirements :** - 6-10 years of experience in footwear design or a related field. - Strong understanding of CAD software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator) for creating detailed designs. - Knowledge of shoe construction methods, materials science, and ergonomics principles. - Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
