You'll engage directly with customers, find the use case, build it on Seek, and own the outcome through pilot into production. **What You'll Do** - Own end-to-end delivery for multiple enterprise accounts at a time: discovery, building custom demos, scoping POC/Pilot success criteria, building the automation, running evals, and driving go-live. - Work directly with customers to map workflows and translate SOPs into Seek prompts, just-in-time context, and configurations (incl. unattended mode). - Visualize and map how Seek interacts with various third-party enterprise applications; design end-to-end data and information flows, anticipate multi-system integration bottlenecks, and proactively build mitigation strategies for both live use cases and testing suites. - Build testing suites and fix gaps to establish accuracy and determinism before sign-off. - Debug failures, iterate on just in time context/prompts, and tune the automation until it's production-ready. - After sign-off, validate in the customer's production environment, track usage/success, and resolve gaps post-go-live. - Configure Seek's tooling end to end: set up MCP servers/connectors, define and orchestrate tool calls, and en
