Job description

**The Founder's Office at INDmoney is a small, high-intensity team that works directly with the Founder and Chief of Staff to identify, design, and execute the company's most critical strategic focus areas - across growth, new business lines, operational scale, market expansion & improving talent density.** **If you have ever wanted to build something from scratch, own a problem end-to-end, and see your decisions translate into outcomes within weeks rather than quarters - this is that opportunity.** **Founders Office roles at INDmoney have gone on to lead business units, head new verticals, and start new ventures. This is a stepping stone - one that compresses years of learning into months.** **Role :** - You will own high-stakes clear problem statements - new product lines, new markets, operational bottlenecks, scaled processes, competitive strategies, organisation design. - Work alongside the Founder and Chief of Staff defining various solutions through to execution - you are not preparing decks for someone else to act on. - Move fast across multiple simultaneous workstreams without losing rigour on any of them. - Ability to interface with external stakeholders - partners, investors, regulators, vendors — and drive outcomes **You are a strong fit if:** - You have a clear entrepreneurial ambition — you want to eventually run something of your own or lead a business unit, and you recognise that this role is how you compress that learning curve - You solve problems by going to the data first — you are not comfortable with a hypothesis you cannot test or a claim you cannot quantify - You operate well in ambiguity — you do not need a fully defined brief to start; you define the brief yourself - You have a bias for action that borders on impatience — you find it uncomfortable when a good idea sits still - You can influence people who do not report to you and bring stakeholders along without needing formal authority **What we are looking for** - 2–7 years of experience in fintech, consumer tech, investment products, or management consulting - Demonstrated ability to own a problem end-to-end — not just analyse it - Strong familiarity with financial services, investments, or capital markets — either professionally or as a serious personal practitioner - Sharp quantitative and analytical skills — you are comfortable building models, interrogating data, and defending your numbers - Exceptional project management instincts — you can run five things in parallel and know which one needs your attention right now **Education:** Engineering degree or MBA from a top-tier institution. What matters more than the institution is what you have done since.
