We are looking for a highly driven and analytical 'Founders Office Executive' to work closely with the leadership team on strategic initiatives, research, business operations, and growth projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to business decision-making in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Conduct in-depth market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking across relevant sectors. • Perform business research and prepare insightful reports, summaries, and presentations for leadership discussions. • Support strategic projects related to business growth, expansion opportunities, partnerships, and operational improvements. • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and business data to derive actionable insights. • Work on research analytics, including data collection, interpretation, dashboard tracking, and performance reporting. • Assist in preparing board notes, business reviews, and management presentations. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track project progress and ensure timely execution. • Identify process gaps and recommend data-driven solutions to improve efficiency. • Support the Founders Office in special projects, stakeholder coordination, and strategic planning activities. • Monitor industry developments, emerging trends, and competitor benchmarking & market movements to support decision-making. • Help maintain trackers, documentation, and internal knowledge repositories. • Assist in conducting feasibility studies, business case analysis, and operational research.
