IDfy Labs is an entrepreneurial team within IDfy that is going to be working on fundamentally futuristic products in the Trust space. Our endeavor here is to work on products that will change the way our customers look at Fraud. This role is highly collaborative and you will work closely on not just the latest technologies, the focus will be on solving problems together with the CEO, this will be a small team of 4-5 people across functions. IDfy is already a brand to reckon with in the Trust space with over 400 people. This will be a crash course on building a product fast, taking it to market, and driving this 0-1 journey for the next generation of IDfy products. **Who are we looking for?** We are looking for people who can ideate, think beyond the obvious, are willing to challenge the norm, are eager to experiment, and are not afraid to make mistakes. We are not just looking at people who can code, but also people who can think of product design. This is a fast, fun-paced team working to build proofs of concepts that can be taken to markets quickly. Your Role at IDfy Labs - Ideate new product ideas to expand the truststack. - Building functional prototypes to demonstrate quick proofs of concept to clients - Taking successful prototypes to production-ready, scalable state - Not limiting yourself to any one technology but willing to use any tools available to build products - Apply first principles thinking to solve complex problems - Translate business requirements to technical solutions - Use data to understand user behaviour and iterate. **We are the Perfect match if you have the following experience:** - Full-stack experience with strong skills in both frontend and backend development - Frontend: Strong experience in React - Backend: Experience in atleast one of JavaScript, Python, Java, Golang, Elixir, etc. - Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL - Experience with production systems - Proficiency in OOP or FP, with clean coding practices (e.g., SOLID principles) - Understanding of containers and tools like Docker - Experience working with cloud services, preferably GCP or AWS - Clear and unambiguous communication, both written and verbal **Good To Have** - Experience with Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, Redis, etc. - Contributions to open source projects - Experience working with AI APIs and tools **Here’s What Your Day Will Look Like...** - Build and ship features and fixes - Design and document features and components - Develop, unit test, instrument, and deploy code - Ensure your code is clean and secure - Collaborate and brainstorm with colleagues - Continuously learn and grow in your area of expertise - Support and maintain your product
