**Please find the brief Job description of the Exports Logistics In-Charge.** Daily Execution & Carrier Management - Conduct monthly RFQ and forwarder allocation in consultation with Head logistics and Exports team - Ensure booking copies and containers are ensured for the export stuffing - Ensure containers for direct export stuffing at plants. - Alert to stake holders for containers shipped in case of any change in the planned ETA . - Identification of new forwarders/liners for export/import requirements as the case may be. - Monitoring of trends in Exim freight and movements Cost & Budget Control - Provide inputs to logistics analyst for export freight and Inland-import handling budgets. - Identify new liners and new forwarders to reduce export freight cost. - Identify and implement Cost reduction initiatives in export freight, import freight cost and inland import handling. - Digitization of Exports operations -RFQ, Container allocation and tracking
