1 Role\*\* Front**End Developer -- React** 2 Required Technical Skill Set\** React.js, Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, Microservices, Git 3 Desired Experience Range *\* 6--10 years 4 Location of Requirement - **PAN India** **Desired Competencies (Technical/ Behavioral Competency)** **Must-Have\*\*** **(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)** * *Strong hands-on experience in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript development* * *Experience in Java and Spring Boot for backend service development* * *Proficiency in building responsive, user-friendly, and scalable web applications* * *Experience in REST API development and frontend-backend integration* * *Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI development practices* * *Knowledge of microservices architecture and API-driven development* * *Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies* * *Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills* **Good-to-Have** * *Experience with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries* * *Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP* * *Experience with Docker and Kubernetes* * *Exposure to automated testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or JUnit* * *Experience working in large-scale enterprise applications* **Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role** * *Design, develop, and maintain responsive frontend applications using React.js* * *Develop and support backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot* * *Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement intuitive user interfaces* * *Integrate frontend components with backend services and third-party APIs* * *Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability* * *Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews* * *Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices* * *Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards* * *Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks* * *Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment* * *Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and engineering practices* * *Stay updated with emerging frontend and backend technologies and recommend improvements*
