Job description

Role : FSM ServiceNow YOE : 6+ Location : Hyderabad JD: - Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management - Strong knowledge on below ServiceNow FSM modules including - - Work Orders & Tasks - Dispatch Console - Scheduling & Assignment - Mobile Agent / Field Service Mobile App - Asset, Location, and Inventory Management - Define workflows, business rules, UI policies, and form layouts - Configure SLAs, notifications, and reporting dashboards - Strong understanding of FSM data model, workflows, and dispatching concepts. **Experience Level:** - 9+ years of ServiceNow experience, with 3+ years in ServiceNow FSM Knowledge of Enterprise IT operations processes and procedures - ServiceNow CIS certified with ServiceNow FSM certification - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments - Preferred Prior experience in Field Service transformation projects
