Join us and redefine what’s next for you What You’ll Do • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications. • Develop responsive and reusable user interfaces using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. • Develop backend services and business logic using technologies such as Node.js, Python. • Design, develop, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices. • Work with relational and NoSQL databases and develop efficient queries and data models. • Integrate applications with internal and external systems through APIs and other integration mechanisms. • Implement application-level authentication, authorization, session management, and role-based access controls. • Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code following development standards and best practices. • Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and defect resolution. • Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality. • Identify and address application performance, reliability, scalability, and security issues. • Use Git-based source control and follow established branching, merge, and release processes. • Support application build and deployment through CI/CD pipelines. • Work with container technologies such as Docker and have basic understanding of Kubernetes/container orchestration. • Support applications deployed in cloud and/or on-premises environments. • Analyze production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes. • Participate in Agile activities including sprint planning, estimation, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. • Collaborate with UX/UI, QA, DevOps, security, infrastructure, and other technical teams. • Maintain technical documentation including application components, APIs, configurations, and deployment procedures. What You Need To Bring Technical Skills & Competencies Front-End • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and TypeScript. • Hands-on experience with at least one modern framework: React, Angular, or Vue.js. • Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. • Experience consuming REST APIs from front-end applications. Back-End • Hands-on experience with one or more backend technologies: • Node.js / Express • Python / Django / Flask / FastAPI • Understanding of layered application architecture and microservices. • Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs. • Familiarity with asynchronous processing and API error handling. Database • Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle, or MongoDB. • Good understanding of SQL, database design, indexing, and query optimization. • Familiarity with ORM frameworks is desirable. DevOps & Deployment • Working knowledge of Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket. • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. • Working knowledge of Docker. • Basic understanding of Kubernetes is desirable. • Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage. Security Knowledge • Understanding of secure coding practices. • Knowledge of authentication and authorization concepts such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSO and RBAC. • Basic awareness of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities. • Ability to address common application security issues such as input validation, insecure API access, sensitive data exposure, and dependency vulnerabilities. Minimum Qualification • B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. Computer Science or equivalent qualification. • 3–6 years of relevant software development experience. • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience developing full-stack or enterprise web applications.
