**Job Description: Full Stack Developer (AI Focussed + Neo4j)** **Location: Gurugram / Hyderabad** **Position Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Graph technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of data-enabled applications and cutting-edge AI agents. A core focus of this role will be leveraging Knowledge Graphs (KGs) to power advanced AI reasoning, contextual retrieval, and Graph RAG pipelines, transforming complex interconnected data into intelligent application features. **Scope of Work:** - End-to-End Development: Design, build, and deploy robust, data-enabled applications and autonomous AI agents. - Knowledge Graph Integration: Implement and query Knowledge Graphs using enterprise graph databases (Neo4j, AWS Neptune, etc.) to serve as the long-term memory and context provider for AI models. - Tool Creation & Scaling: Build and scale functional tools based on specific use cases identified by the Digital Change Partner. - Lifecycle Management: Own and manage the entire technical lifecycle of AI agents, stretching from initial development and testing to deployment and ongoing maintenance. **Required High-Level Skill Set:** - Full-Stack Proficiency: Strong expertise in full-stack application development, API design, and frontend/backend management. - AI & Graph Architecture: Proven experience working with modern AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and integrating them with Knowledge Graphs (GraphRAG). - Graph Databases: Practical experience querying and interacting with graph environments like Neo4j (using Cypher) or AWS Neptune (using Gremlin/SPARQL). - Modern AI Workflows: Deep understanding of Prompt Engineering and utilizing "Vibe Coding" / AI-assisted programming workflows to accelerate development cycles.
