Full stack Developer (Python+React)

**Job Description: Role Overview** We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 4–7 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across frontend and backend technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in an agile development environment. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs. - Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces. - Develop backend services, business logic, and database integrations. - Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement modern user experiences. - Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Troubleshoot and debug technical issues. - Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities. - Contribute to technical design discussions and architecture decisions. Create and maintain technical documentation. **Preferred Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Experience working in enterprise-scale applications. - Exposure to AI-enabled or data-driven applications. - Knowledge of caching, messaging queues, and event-driven architecture is preferred. - Experience with Databricks or cloud data platforms is an added advantag - Responsibilities: A python developer with working 30% on React projects experience. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Good communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment **Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Experience working in enterprise-scale applications. - Exposure to AI-enabled or data-driven applications. - Knowledge of caching, messaging queues, and event-driven architecture is preferred. - Experience with Databricks or cloud data platforms is an added advantage.
