We are seeking a talented and motivated Fullstack Developer with 5 +years of experience to join our Compliance Automation team in India. The role requires expertise in building dynamic, user-friendly, and data-driven front-end applications using modern frameworks. From Backend perspective strong expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing APIs, databases, and backend services that power enterprise-scale compliance automation solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering seamless user experiences, help team to accelerate feature delivery and ensure robust, scalable backend systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance enterprise compliance automation solutions. **Preferred candidate profile** - Develop responsive, interactive, and scalable front-end applications using React and Material UI. - Design and implement dynamic dashboards that integrate with back-end data systems. - Create intuitive, user-friendly UI components and workflows that enhance usability and engagement. - Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and accessibility compliance. - Collaborate with back-end developers, UX/UI designers, and data scientists to build cohesive features. - Manage code versions and ensure collaborative coding practices using Git. - Optimize front-end performance for speed, scalability, and maintainability. - Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX issues, ensuring smooth user interactions. - Document technical implementations, best practices, and deployment guidelines. - Backend Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and Python. - Database Management: Work with PostgreSQL for schema design, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning. - API Development: Implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support compliance automation workflows and integrations. - Cloud Deployment: Contribute to application deployment and optimization in AWS/Azure environments. - Code Quality & Collaboration: Follow coding standards, maintain clean code, and collaborate effectively with other developers using Git. - Troubleshooting & Performance Optimization: Debug production issues, optimize backend services for speed, reliability, and scalability. - Security: Ensure backend code and data pipelines follow enterprise security best practices. - Documentation: Maintain backend technical documentation, including API contracts and deployment guides. - Collaboration: Work with front-end developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver reliable backend features on schedule. - Experience: 5+ years of backend development experience, preferably in enterprise or SaaS environments. - Strong expertise in Node.js and Python for backend service development. - Proficiency in PostgreSQL (schema design, optimization, stored procedures). - Experience with API development (REST, GraphQL) and integration. - Experience building secure, scalable, and resilient backend systems. - Knowledge of message queues, event-driven architecture, or microservices is a plus. - Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Material UI, CSS, and modern front-end libraries/frameworks. - Experience in developing interactive dashboards and data visualization components. - Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure) to support integration with backend services. - Strong skills in Git and collaborative development practices. - Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks and debugging tools.
