**About the Role** As a Full Stack Developer, you will design, build, and maintain applications end-to-end, working closely with both technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable, production-ready solutions. **What You'll Need** 🎓 **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field 💼 **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in full stack development **Technical Skills** * Strong proficiency in one of the following stacks: * Python / FastAPI * TypeScript / Next.js / Node.js * Java / Spring / Spring Boot * **\[Must-have\]** Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining applications on Kubernetes, and managing CI/CD pipelines in GitLab * Experience integrating with external systems, REST APIs, and storage backends (e.g., S3/MinIO) * Working knowledge of schema/specification formats (JSON Schema, Avro, XSD, OpenAPI/AsyncAPI) and related validation tooling is a plus * Working knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle) and data modeling. **Professional Skills** * Ability to independently analyze requirements, ask the right questions, and translate business and governance needs into technical solutions * Comfortable owning deliverables end to end --- from analysis and design through implementation and deployment --- with minimal supervision * Strong ownership mindset with the ability to prioritize workload and manage delivery timelines * Clear, confident communicator across technical and non-technical audiences * Sound judgment in weighing trade-offs and making design decisions independently
