Overview Job Description: Full Stack Developer (Java) - Individual Contributor Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer Experience: 8 to 12 Years Role Type: Individual Contributor (IC) Location: Flexible/Hybrid (as applicable) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java-based backend development , modern frontend technologies such as React and Angular , and experience building cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure . This role requires a strong understanding of microservices architecture , API development, CI/CD practices, and database technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade full stack applications. • Build scalable and secure backend services using Java and Node.js. • Develop responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React and Angular. • Design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems. • Architect and implement applications based on Microservices Architecture principles. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps engineers. • Develop cloud-native applications and deploy solutions on Microsoft Azure. • Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security. • Create and maintain technical design documents, code reviews, and best practices. • Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support activities. • Implement automated testing strategies and ensure high-quality code delivery through CI/CD pipelines. Required Skills & Qualifications Backend Development • Strong proficiency in Java and enterprise application development. • Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and related Java frameworks. • Hands-on experience with Node.js development. Frontend Development • Extensive experience in React.js and Angular. • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. API & Integration • Proven experience designing and developing RESTful APIs. • Knowledge of API security, authentication, authorization, and integration patterns. Database Technologies • Strong hands-on experience with: • Microsoft SQL Server • PostgreSQL • Expertise in database design, performance tuning, optimization, and query development. Architecture & Design • Strong understanding and practical experience in: • Microservices Architecture • Distributed systems • Event-driven architectures • Design patterns and best practices • Ability to contribute to technical design discussions and solution architecture. Cloud & DevOps • Experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native development. • Hands-on experience with: • Azure App Services • Azure Functions • Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) • Azure DevOps (preferred) CI/CD & Automation • Strong experience with: • Jenkins • Git • Automated Testing Frameworks • Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines. • Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure automation. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. • Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies. • Experience with performance tuning and application monitoring tools. • Azure Certifications are a plus.
