GlobalLogic is a Hitachi Group Company. **Requirements** - Role Summary Technical leader and delivery owner responsible for translating product requirements into execution, ensuring quality, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. - Technical Requirements Frontend - Expertise in modern React, including: - Hooks and component architecture - Redux Toolkit (RTK) - API integration using Axios - Material UI - Performance optimization and state management patterns - Backend - Strong experience with Python / Django, including: - Django REST Framework - Django Admin customization - API design using OpenAPI/Swagger - Familiarity with Elasticsearch: - Querying, indexing, debugging relevance - Experience with Python Elasticsearch SDK (preferred) - Infrastructure / DevOps - Experience with: - Azure DevOps (Repos + Boards) - Azure Pipelines (CI/CD) - General understanding of Azure (AKS knowledge is a plus but not required) - AI / Modern Tooling - Exposure to Azure OpenAI (preferred) - Comfortable using AI coding tools responsibly: - Must fully understand all generated code - No blind usage or copy-paste without validation - Critical Mindset Requirement Strong ownership: every line of code reviewed, understood, and defensible - Willingness to push back on poor requirements or risky approaches Job responsibilities - Own end-to-end delivery across frontend, backend, and QA - Translate high-level product requirements into: - Technical designs - Well-scoped Jira/Azure DevOps tickets - Sprint plans and timelines - Lead sprint ceremonies and ensure consistent team velocity - Act as primary liaison between offshore team and internal stakeholders - Drive code quality through reviews and architectural guidance - Proactively identify risks, blockers, and tradeoffs - Own production stability, incident coordination, and root cause analysis - Communication Expectations Excellent written and verbal English (non-negotiable) - Daily, structured updates (progress, blockers, risks) - Ability to clearly explain technical decisions and tradeoffs - High responsiveness and reliability in async communication What we offer **Culture of caring.** At GlobalLogic, we prioritize a culture of caring.
