**Role & responsibilities** **Job Description: Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python + React + Azure + GenAI)** **Role:** Senior Full Stack Engineer / Lead Engineer **Experience:** 8-12 Years **Location:** Bengaluru / Pune / Gurgaon (Hybrid) **Role Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior Full Stack Engineer** with expertise in **Python, React, Microsoft Azure, and Generative AI** to build next-generation intelligent applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing scalable cloud-native solutions, designing robust backend services, building modern user interfaces, and integrating GenAI capabilities using Azure OpenAI and LLM frameworks. This role requires end-to-end ownership of application development, cloud architecture, AI-powered solution design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative enterprise products. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using **Python, React, and Azure Cloud**. - Build scalable REST APIs and microservices using **FastAPI, Flask, or Django**. - Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using **React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3**. - Architect and deploy cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure. - Design, build, and integrate **Generative AI solutions** leveraging LLMs and Azure OpenAI. - Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise knowledge systems. - Develop AI-powered chatbots, copilots, intelligent search, and workflow automation solutions. - Integrate vector databases and semantic search capabilities for AI applications. - Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. - Collaborate with product teams, architects, and stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions. - Ensure security, scalability, performance optimization, and application reliability. - Mentor engineers and contribute to technical best practices and architecture decisions. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience with **Agentic AI**, autonomous workflows, and multi-agent systems. - Exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI orchestration frameworks. - Experience implementing enterprise copilots using Microsoft ecosystem technologies. - Knowledge of Azure Machine Learning and MLOps. - Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Bicep. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
