Lead Full Stack Developer (Java, React.js, AWS) 📍 **Location:** Pune, Maharashtra 💰 **Budget:** Up to ₹25 LPA 💼 **Experience:** 5+ Years About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled **Lead Full Stack Developer** to join a fast-growing fintech product team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in **Java, React.js, AWS Cloud, and Full Stack Development** , along with the ability to design, develop, and scale enterprise-grade applications. This role offers an opportunity to work on modern cloud-based platforms, distributed systems, and AI-enabled solutions. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and React.js. - Build and enhance cloud-native applications on AWS. - Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices. - Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. - Participate in architectural discussions and drive technical decisions. - Ensure application performance, reliability, security, and scalability. - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices. - Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams. - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues. Required Skills - 5+ years of software development experience. - Strong hands-on experience in **Java** and **Spring Boot** . - Expertise in **React.js** and modern front-end development. - Strong experience with **AWS Cloud Services** . - Proven experience in **Full Stack Development** . - Experience building and maintaining **Microservices Architecture** . - Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SQL databases, and distributed systems. - Experience with **Git** , CI/CD, and DevOps practices. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Experience leading projects from design through production deployment. Preferred Skills - Experience with AI/ML-enabled applications. - Exposure to LLMs, RAG, MLOps, or Generative AI solutions. - Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. - Knowledge of Kafka or event-driven architectures. - FinTech, Banking, or Financial Services domain experience. - Experience with observability and monitoring tools. Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
