Job description

**Title:** Fullstack (Java React) Developer [60% React / 40% Java] **Location:** Bengaluru (5 Days WFO from Ascendion Office in Bellandur) **Interview Process:** 3 Technical Rounds **Notice Period:** Immediate Joiners Only **Required Skills:** - Strong Full Stack development experience with **React.js (60%)** and **Java/Spring Boot (40%)** . - Hands-on expertise in **React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), Hooks, Redux (or equivalent state management), and building reusable, high-performance UI components** . - Experience developing **mission-critical financial/payment applications** , with a strong focus on delivering **glitch-free, highly reliable user interfaces** . - Strong experience in **Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, Microservices, and REST API development** . - Solid understanding of **Spring Security** , including API authentication and authorization. - Experience building **applications from scratch** , including architecture, design, and implementation. - Good knowledge of **Design Patterns** , their purpose, use cases, and practical implementation in scalable application design. - Strong understanding of **Java Concurrency and Executors Framework** , including task execution, thread lifecycle, and asynchronous processing. - Experience with **Oracle/DB2** , Apache Camel, Spring Batch, MQ/JMS/Kafka, and enterprise integration patterns. - Proficient with **Git, Maven, IntelliJ/Eclipse** , Unix/Shell scripting, JUnit, Jest, and React Testing Library. - Exposure to performance tuning, code quality tools ( **SonarQube, Black Duck** ), CI/CD, and secure coding practices. - Understanding of banking, payments, transaction processing, settlement, accounting, and compliance-related systems. **Additional Interview Preparation Areas** - Design Patterns: Purpose, selection criteria, and real-world implementation examples. - Spring Boot, JPA, and Microservices Architecture. - Spring Security and API Authentication/Authorization. - Java Executors Framework and Multithreading Concepts. - React Performance Optimization, State Management, and Complex UI Handling. - End-to-end application development from scratch, including architecture and design decisions.
