**Key Skills:** Functional consultant, Finance & Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, ERP System **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Gather and document business requirements for Finance and Operations in manufacturing settings. - Map end-to-end business processes and translate them into ERP functional design and configuration needs. - Support fit-gap analysis and functional solutioning for F&O and related manufacturing processes. - Coordinate with stakeholders to validate functional outcomes and ensure process readiness. - Drive functional testing support and issue resolution during implementation and rollout phases. **Skills Required:** - 12+ years of relevant functional consulting experience in Finance and Operations for manufacturing - Functional Consulting - Finance and Operations (F&O) - Manufacturing domain experience - ERP systems functional understanding for finance and operations Good to Have: - Supply Chain Management - ERP Systems **Education :**Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business Administration
