Functional SME / Business Analyst (Auto Finance/ Asset Finance Domain)

**About the team** - Our Leasing Solutions comes with cutting edge feature rich offerings, Enterprise Solution offers the capability for end-to-end processing of contracts, all through from originations, credit underwriting, approvals through to servicing and closure, live and running at 50+ clients across 60 countries - Highly configurable and flexible solution offers to configure the business processes quickly - Our in-house low-code, no-code rule engine offers the flexibility to design business rules on the fly - Teams helps the financial institutions in: - business processes analysis, identify pain points, recommend best practices - digitizing their business processes by way of designing workflows - host of APIs for quick integrations with 3rd party systems, be it portals, or other systems **About the role** As a Functional SME you will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QAs, DevOps, Architects to design, build, implement and test quality technical or functional solutions. As part of the team, you will workclosely with clients and internal teams to deliverinnovative, newsolutions that meet their needsand help advance the way the world pays,banksand invests. **What you will be doing** - Prioritize development initiatives - Articulate user stories in a manner clearly understandable to development teams. - Manage backlog of user stories for one or more projects/features. - Establish user story acceptance criteria, accepts user stories, refines stories with Scrum teams. - Review and provide feedback on test plans to ensure application changes meet acceptance criteria. - Create Sprint Release Plans with input from development teams. - Monitor the development progress and provides updates to stakeholders as requested. - Lead planning and review meetings to communicate feedback on development achievements. - Interact with product owners and product managers to define/translate requirements and modifications into product designs - Play a pivotal role in implementing Asset Finance (AAF) Solution and its various modules - Perform client requirements gathering workshops, put together project plans, perform data mapping /requirements workshops, assist clients in performing data validation and reconciliation testing, system integration testing and UAT - Assist PS/Pre-sales in preparing and delivering product presentations and demos to clients - Support sales organization and process with specific market/domain expertise and product knowledge - Research clientneeds, analyzingtrendsandbestpracticesand creatingdetailedprogramspecifications - Gain a thorough understanding of product strategy, market, industry, and client goals. - Work with stakeholders to understand business problem statements and convert them into user stories. - Maintain and develop knowledge of Auto & Leasing Finance requirements and current regulations that apply to our current and prospective clients. **What you will bring** - At least 10 plus years of experience in product management, design and/or development of software products and services for the Auto, Leasing & Lending (Commercial, Retail, Auto Finance, Asset Finance) domain with strong track record of progressive experience and responsibility. - Experience with product management principles and methodologies; experience in software development lifecycle, release management and change management. - Experience with agile delivery approaches including Kanban, SCRUM, and SAFe. - Advancedknowledgeofmultipleend-to-endsystemsas well asapplicationdevelopment. - Acumen in business, technology, and analytical capabilities. - Strong written & verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively across a variety of levels within the organization. - Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced and challenging environment. - Hands-on experience with Jira. - Positive team-oriented attitude.
