Must have skills : Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Functional Subject Matter Expert, a typical day involves ensuring that business processes are accurately reflected within the system by applying comprehensive knowledge of operational workflows. The role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to validate that the system's functionality aligns with real-world business needs. This includes reviewing and confirming requirements, analyzing workflows, and ensuring that the implemented solutions support the intended business outcomes effectively and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. • Responsible for team decisions. • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. • Lead efforts to identify process improvements and optimize system functionality. • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment. • Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional. • Strong understanding of financial business processes and their integration within enterprise resource planning systems. • Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and workflow validation. • Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into functional specifications. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions. • Effective communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders. Additional Information: • The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional. • This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office. • A 15 years full time education is required.
