Functional Training Lead

**Role Purpose** The Functional Training Lead will be responsible for identifying functional capability gaps, designing and delivering training interventions, and driving continuous learning across the organization. The role focuses on enhancing employee knowledge, skills, and performance through structured learning programs aligned with business objectives. **Overview of Role** - Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in consultation with business leaders and department heads. - Design and implement functional training calendars for employees across various functions. - Develop training content, learning modules, SOP-based training material, and assessment tools. - Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions. - Coordinate with internal Product Development and branding team for new launched Kitchen Wardrobe /Fitted Furniture products. - Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and post-training performance reviews. - Maintain training records, attendance, certifications, and learning dashboards. - Support leadership in capability-building initiatives and succession planning programs. - Track training completion, learning hours, and other L&D metrics for management review. - Recommend and implement best practices, digital learning tools, and continuous improvement initiatives in training processes. Ensure compliance training requirements are completed as per organizational guidelines.
