We are seeking an experienced Senior Presales Systems Engineer to support our PSU and Enterprise BFSI business across the North region. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise across Data Center, Routing, Campus Networking, and Security solutions, coupled with the ability to engage customers, consultants, and partners in driving solution-led sales opportunities. This role requires a consultative mindset, strong market awareness, and the ability to design and position end-to-end technology solutions aligned with customer business objectives. **What You’ll Do** - Act as the technical presales lead for PSU and Enterprise BFSI accounts across the North region. - Design and architect end-to-end solutions across Data Center, Routing, Campus Networking, and Security domains. - Support the sales team in identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities. - Lead technical discussions, customer presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and solution positioning activities. - Analyze RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and government tenders, and develop competitive technical responses. - Build solution proposals, bill of materials (BOMs), solution architectures, and technical documentation. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, system integrators, and channel partners. - Engage with consultants and influencers to drive specification positioning and solution preference. - Provide competitive analysis and market intelligence to effectively position solutions against competitors. - Collaborate with internal sales, engineering, product, and delivery teams to ensure successful solution development and customer engagement. - Proactively support customers by addressing technical challenges, identifying risks, and recommending appropriate solutions. - Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, industry regulations, and customer requirements within the PSU and BFSI sectors. **What You Need To Bring** - Strong expertise in: - Data Center Solutions - Enterprise Routing & Switching - Campus Networking - Network Security - Experience in solution architecture and technical design. - Hands-on knowledge of enterprise networking and security technologies. - Strong understanding of competitive products and market positioning. - Experience working on large PSU and BFSI opportunities. Presales & Business Skills - Extensive experience in handling RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and government tenders. - Strong consultative selling and solutioning capabilities. - Ability to engage CXOs, IT Heads, Consultants, and Procurement stakeholders. - Experience working closely with channel partners and system integrators. - Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. - Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions. Soft Skills - Excellent communication and articulation skills. - Strong presentation and customer-facing abilities. - Highly proactive and solution-oriented approach. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to influence decision-makers and drive technical discussions. **Preferred Certifications** Candidates should possess relevant industry certifications in networking and security technologies.
