PFB details Interview Venue: , ( . .. ) (), , – Interview Process: Shortlisting of profile Technical Interview Tool Test HR discussion PFB Job Description Gas Path cad Lead Engineer Scope of Role CAD, powertrain integration. **Area of Responsibility** - Candidate will be part of Powertrain teams as a full time CAD engineer for powertrain integration team. - Conduct package checks, clearance report generation, cross-commodity liaison. - Should have a good understanding of vehicle package guideline. - Sound knowledge of Plastic and Sheet metal design guidelines and manufacturing processes is required. - Should have an ability to conduct benchmarking studies and propose innovative solutions. - Good understanding of PCDS and major gateways. **Knowledge / Experience – 6 to 9 Years** **Essential:** - Automotive domain knowledge with working experience of powertrain system. - Timely S/T/P releases by ensuring right information of CAD data is produced with BOM, weight management. - Understanding of commodity release & change management - Understanding of Proto & Production BOM , build support, - Excellent CATIA V5 and CATIA V6 2D/3D skills. - Exposure to PLM tools such as TeamCenter. - GD&T application, 3D/2D. - Problem solving, strong communication, decision making, ownership mindset. - Tools - CatiaV5/V6, Vismockup, Teamcenter, MS tools. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering or related discipline
