**Role: GCC Sales Lead – ER&D** **Experience:** 10–15 years (ER&D / Engineering Services / GCC advisory-led selling) **Location:** India – Bengaluru / Pune / Chennai / Hyderabad **Role Summar** yWe are looking for a GCC Sales Lead to grow TCS’ ER&D GCC business across Aerospace, Automotive, or MedTech. This role will drive pipeline creation, shape advisory-led propositions, and position TCS as a partner of choice for clients evolving GCCs toward AI-led Global Value & Innovation Centres (GVICs) **. Key Responsibiliti** - esDrive GCC opportunity creation and deal shaping across ER&D domain - s.Own end-to-end proposal development including RFI/RFP response - s.Position and sell GCC models such as BOT, Assisted, and Co-Innovat - e.Lead AI-driven GCC transformation discussions with client - s.Collaborate across Sales, Delivery, and Partner ecosyste - m.Manage stakeholder relationships and drive deal closure **s. Education & Qualificati** - on:Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Software Engineering or equivalen - t).MBA or equivalent business qualification (preferre - d).Strong grounding in engineering design and product development lifecyc **le. Experience Requirem** - ents10–15 years in ER&D / Engineering Services / Product Engineering or Consulting-led environme - nts.Exposure to GCC models (BOT / Assisted / Captive / Co-Innovate) prefer - red.Experience in Aerospace OR Automotive OR MedTech doma - ins.Experience engaging with CXO / GCC leadership stakeholders prefer **red. Core Engineering & Capability Expecta** - tionsStrong understanding of engineering and product development lifecycle (concept to rele - ase).Exposure to design engineering, validation, testing, and release proce - sses.Understanding of multi-disciplinary integration across mechanical, embedded, electronics, and software dom - ains.Understanding of IT / OT / ET integration (enterprise systems, industrial systems, engineering platforms like PLM, CAD/ - CAE).Ability to translate engineering capabilities into GCC value proposit **ions.
