- Deep understanding of compute fundamentals (virtualization, OS, containers) - Experience with **GCP, AI/ML services** - **Generative AI & LLM experience (Vertex AI, Dialogflow, Gemini)** - **ML model development and deployment** - **Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Jax, Ray, etc**. - Experience with TPUs/GPUs and model architectures (encoders, decoders, transformers) - AIML experience (2+ years model development/deployment) - Troubleshooting experience (3+ years diagnosis & issue resolution) - Support methodology knowledge (case lifecycle, analysis) - Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer certification
