- Lead database migration & modernization - Database inventory & dependency analysis - Execute rehost/replatform/refactor - Act as SME for cloud databases - Compatibility & complexity assessment - Schema & data migration - Support data-intensive workloads - Data volume & growth analysis - Use DMS & ETL tools - Define database standards on GCP - Performance baseline capture - Data validation & reconciliation - Collaborate with app & data teams - Downtime tolerance assessment - Cutover & rollback support - Ensure performance & availability - HA/DR & backup review - Configure HA & replication - Drive cloud-native data adoption - Migration strategy definition - Optimize cost & performance
