Job Description: **Experience**: 3+ years of IT experience with a strong background in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex data pipelines, ELT/ETL processes, and analytics issues on cloud platforms. **Technologies:**Data Warehousing & Lake: BigQuery (including Analytics Hub and BigQuery ), Cloud Storage (GCS). Data Pipeline & Transformation: Cloud Dataflow (Apache Beam), Cloud Dataproc (Hadoop/Spark on GCP), Dataform, and Cloud Data Fusion. Ingestion & Messaging: Cloud Pub/Sub, Datastream (CDC). Orchestration: Cloud Composer (Apache Airflow), Cloud Scheduler. Governance & Security: Dataplex (Data Catalog/Quality), Sensitive Data Protection (Cloud DLP), and IAM. **Core Skills**: Advanced SQL (specifically BigQuery Standard SQL), troubleshooting GCP ETL/ELT pipelines, trace/log analysis using GCP Cloud Logging and Cloud Monitoring, and understanding of Data Governance principles. **Must Have**: Excellent communication and customer handling skills. Strong SQL skills, hands-on experience troubleshooting data transformations (e.g., pipeline latency, data skew, out-of-memory errors), and familiarity with Looker or similar BI tools. **Good to Have**: IAM permissions troubleshooting, performance optimization for BigQuery (slot management, partitioning, clustering), and CI/CD for data pipelines. BI & Visualization: Looker, Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio). **Certification**: Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer (Highly Preferred) or Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer (ACE). or Associate Data Practitioner
