Strong hands-on experience with GCP services such as BigQuery, Dataflow (Apache beam), Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud Composer. Experience in building ETL/ELT pipelines and working with data integration frameworks. Proficiency in setting up IAM roles and policies, network configurations, and monitoring solutions to ensure robust and compliant data processing environments in GCP. Hands-on experience with Cloud Composer (Apache Airflow) or other orchestration tools to manage complex workflows. Deep knowledge of relational databases, data warehousing, and schema design in GCP environments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines, workflows, and data storage configurations. Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and troubleshooting tasks. Familiarity with Apache Spark, Kafka, or other big data tools is a plus. Good-to-Have Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer certification or other relevant GCP certifications. Experience in machine learning pipelines, VertexAi or MLOps is a bonus.
