We are looking for a **Technical Team Lead - Storage** with expertise in storage technologies and service operations. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure SLA/SLO compliance, support team performance, and lead continuous process improvements in a fast-paced cloud environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor service operations, case management, and queue performance. - Conduct quality audits and provide coaching to team members. - Deliver onboarding and ongoing technical training. - Analyze operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities. - Manage escalations and ensure process compliance. - Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service delivery. **Required Skills:** - Knowledge of Storage technologies and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). - Experience in service operations, case management, and reporting. - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
