### **Visualization & Analytics Leadership** - Lead the design and development of enterprise BI and analytics solutions using Looker. - Establish visualization standards, dashboard design guidelines, and best practices. - Drive adoption of self-service analytics across business functions. - Mentor and guide BI developers and analysts. ### **Looker Development** - Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Looker. - Develop and manage LookML models, explores, and reusable semantic layers. - Optimize Looker dashboards for performance, usability, and scalability. - Implement row-level security and data access controls. ### **Business & Stakeholder Engagement** - Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements. - Translate business needs into impactful visualizations and KPIs. - Present insights and recommendations to leadership and business users. - Conduct user training and enablement sessions. ### **Data Modeling & Integration** - Collaborate with data engineering teams to define data models and reporting structures. - Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance within reporting solutions. - Support integration with BigQuery, Snowflake, SQL Server, and other enterprise data sources. ### **Support & Operations** - Manage dashboard enhancements, issue resolution, and production support. - Monitor report performance and usage metrics. - Drive continuous improvements and optimization initiatives. ## **Required Technical Skills** ### **Visualization & BI Tools** - Google Looker (Mandatory) - LookML Development - Dashboard Design & Development - Data Storytelling - KPI & Metrics Design ### **Databases & Querying** - SQL (Advanced) - BigQuery - Snowflake - SQL Server - PostgreSQL ### **Data Analytics** - Data Modeling - Data Warehousing Concepts - Dimensional Modeling - Reporting & Analytics Solutions - Data Governance & Data Quality ### **Cloud & Platforms** - Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - BigQuery - Cloud Storage ## **Leadership Skills** - Team Leadership and Mentoring - Stakeholder Management - Requirement Gathering & Solution Design - Project Estimation & Planning - Agile Delivery Management - Client Communication ## **Preferred Skills** - Tableau - Power BI - Qlik Sense - Python - Data Engineering Concepts - ETL/ELT Understanding - Financial, Retail, Healthcare, or Banking Domain Experience
